2013-heute als Forschungs- und Entwicklungsprojekt.

Wissensbasiertes und Prozessorientiertes Innovationsmanagement (WPIM) zielt auf die Integration von Prozessstrukturen und Wissen ab. Konkret werden bei WPIM Aktivitäten der Innovationsprozesse mit Ressourcen, wie z. B. Expertendaten und Dokumenten, annotiert. Für die innovative Produktentwicklung ergeben sich bei der Durchführung zukünftiger Prozess­instanzen Nutzenpotenziale und Synergieeffekte durch die Wiederverwendung sowie die Instanziierung der annotierten Musterprozesse. Eine Besonderheit beim WPIM stellt das semantische Schema der WPIM-Anwendung dar, das auf dem Resource Description Framework (RDF) basiert. Die hinterlegte Semantik bietet Vorteile, wie z. B. beim Einsatz von semantischen Suchen mit der SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language (SPARQL). Um einen Praxisbezug herzustellen und zur Evaluation von WPIM, wird die erhobene Datenkollektion zum Ideation Process bei Philips Consumer Lifestyle Advanced Technology (PCLAT) in der WPIM-Anwendung modelliert und analysiert. Anhand des Szenarios Projektübergabe und der Methode InnoScore [PAS1073] erfolgt der Nachweis zum Nutzen der sozio-technischen WPIM-Anwendung.

Knowledge-based and Process-oriented Innovation Management (WPIM) aims to integrate process structures and specific knowledge. Therefore, activities in the innovation master process are annotated with resources, such as experts and documents. Future developments of innovative products will profit from reusing and instancing these annotated master processes. The advanced semantic schema of the WPIM-Application is based on the Resource Description Framework (RDF) and enables semantic-based searching by using SPARQL Protocol and RDF Query Language (SPARQL). Philips Consumer Lifestyle Advanced Technology (PCLAT) provides their Ideation Process and an appropriate set of processed data. In order to facilitate the scenario of a project handover this data set and the process are modeled within the WPIM-Application. The method InnoScore [PAS1073] is used to explore and evaluate both, the improved user interaction and technical benefit of the WPIM-Application.
